I'm Rob Cole. I handle the flights, hotels, park tickets, transfers and room blocks, plus the 6 a.m. rebooking when a flight cancels. A family week at Disney, a trade show in Vegas, an anniversary in Venice: whatever the trip, you call one person.
Trips fall apart in the gaps. The transfer nobody booked, the ticket that turned out to be non-changeable, the hotel that looked ten minutes from the venue and was fifty. I close those gaps before you ever hear about them.

Flights, hotels, cars, transfers, tickets, and reservations booked together and sent as one document, so nothing lands in the gap between two websites.
Rates you can't book yourself
Through Fora Travel I book rates that carry upgrades, resort credits, breakfast, and early check-in, at properties where the relationship is real and the request gets read.
One number, before and during
When the flight cancels or the room is wrong, you text the person who booked it and already has the itinerary open. You're never handed off to a call center.
