Rob absolutely nailed this trip. With two young kids and grandparents, having a plan that actually works in real life for everyone is everything. We spent way less time stressed and way more time having fun. We all agreed we wouldn't do Disney again without him.
My husband and I were staying an extra night in Athens after a cruise and had no idea where to begin. We quickly became overwhelmed by how many options there were. Robert gave us several that took into account what we wanted to see in our limited time, the location that would work best, and the price point we wanted to stay within. Having him narrow it down saved us hours of searching. Even something as simple as a one night hotel stay was absolutely worth having him help us with.
We came to him with only about four months to plan, and he put together an amazing trip that took everything we were looking for into account. We are avid travelers ourselves, and his recommendations added a whole new perspective and helped us choose a way of travel we may not have considered on our own. We had the best time, the boys literally skipped to the parks. Getting up early for rope drop was the key: we walked right onto Hagrid's, hit the express lane, and were done before 9 AM. They kept saying, “It's only 10 and we've done so much!” I loved every one of Rob's recommendations.
This was our first Disney World trip and I knew absolutely nothing, where to stay, what to book, how Disney even works. Rob handled everything: reservations, tips, itineraries, and all the little details that made the trip unforgettable. The highest of praises!
The best trip we have ever had, and we owe it all to Rob. He found us the perfect family suite for our granddaughters, ages 2 and 4, and even surprised them with a Nemo theme. He planned every day perfectly, so I never had to stress over a thing. I'm so happy I chose him.
If I could rate Robert 10 stars I would. I consider myself well-versed in Disney travel, but he gave us wonderful options well within our budget and great advice on where to stay with two small children. He booked our Lightning Lanes seven days out and reminded me when the date was coming, then checked in the week of, the day of check-in, and all through the trip.
I was in desperate need of a little getaway, and Sanibel Island was my number one. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there 42 years ago, and he is no longer with us. I told Robert a couple of places I was interested in and he took care of the rest. He found me an amazing hotel with every amenity I look for, gave me options to choose from, and answered every question on locations and prices. I didn't have to do a thing.
