Booking travel for a company? Corporate and group travel has its own page, with a form built around headcount, room blocks, and billing.
Before you write
The things people usually ask first.
What does it cost to work with you?
For most leisure trips, nothing extra. Hotels and cruise lines pay me a commission, so the rate you get through me is the same one you would have booked yourself, often with perks attached. Flight-only bookings and complex multi-stop itineraries carry a planning fee, and I tell you the number before you owe it.
How far ahead should I reach out?
Six to nine months is comfortable for a big trip, and longer for a holiday week at Disney or a group block. That said, I have booked good trips three days out. If your dates are close, send the note anyway.
Do I have to know where I want to go?
No. Plenty of people start with a budget, a week off, and two kids who will not sit on a long flight. Narrowing that down is part of the job, not something to sort out before you get in touch.
Do you only work with people in Florida?
No. I am based in Tampa and know Florida and the Orlando parks cold, but this all runs over email, phone, and text. Clients are all over, and so are the trips.
What happens if something goes wrong mid-trip?
You text me. I have your itinerary open and I deal with the airline or the hotel while you go back to your day. That is the part that does not show up in a booking site checkout.
Is this just for vacations?
No. Corporate and group travel is a real part of what I do, including trade show room blocks and single invoice billing. There is a whole page on it.
